Log in to LIMPID by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select 'Hi ____.' Select Account from the menu. Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION select Change Password.
+FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
Not to worry! Click on Sign In /Register in the upper right hand corner. Select ‘forgot your password’ to be directed to the password assistance page.
+CHANGE YOUR SIGN-IN INFORMATION
Log in to LIMPID by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under ACCOUNT INFORMATION select Change Email. You will be prompted to enter and verify a new email address.
Note: After changing your email address, you’ll need to use that new email address to log into your account.
+ADD / REMOVE CREDIT CARD
Log in to LIMPID by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Underneath PAYMENT click on Credit Cards.

Log in to LIMPID by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under SHIPPING, click Address Book.
+CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING PREFERENCE
Log in to LIMPID by selecting Sign In / Register located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘Hi ____.’ Select Account from the menu. Under SHIPPING click on Shipping Preference to update your shipping preference.
Note: You always have the option to change your shipping method when placing an order.


+ORDERING & PAYMENT
Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm will begin processing on the Next day. LIMPID will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include in holidays.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by LIMPID within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

+INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on LIMPID, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Price Adjustments
If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, LIMPID will adjust the price of an item, once.

•   Please include your original order number with your request.
•   Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Price Matching
At the time of purchase, LIMPID will match other online retailers’ advertised prices. Please call Shopbop at +8801726409046 to verify an eligible match. Our policy requires:
•   Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
•   The merchandise must be first quality.
•   The other retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
•   The other retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
•   The other retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars as well as equivalent BD Taka.
•   LIMPID does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
•   During LIMPID promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a LIMPID promotion, but not a combination of both.
