WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to overall Bangladesh & around the World. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. Require complete address for International shipping.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log in to your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
What shipping options are available?
All international shipments will be delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS Courier and local courier will be use only for Bangladesh and outside of Dhaka. LIMPID will deliver only Dhaka City by Delivery
Once your international order has shipped, you can track your shipment online at www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com & in greater Bangladesh we will provide Delivery Challan Number of specific courier. Delivery standard time frames start once the carrier has processed the parcel at their facility.
Please ensure to provide a street address during checkout. Shipments addressed to a PO Box will be held for 5 days while attempts are made to contact you for a street address for International delivery. 2 days will be require for delivery in greater Bangladesh.
GROUND SHIPPING: $8 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days**Delivery times are subject to parcel destination. We are not responsible for delays due to severe weather.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Dhaka, Bangladesh. This means the recipient of the parcel is the Importer of Record and is responsible for paying any import duties and other taxes on the order for International customers.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Express delivery is only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees on my order for international delivery?
Duty will be applied to orders with a total of $800.00 USD or more. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package and are to be paid at the time of delivery. We are unable to provide an estimate of the total charge for duty at the time of checkout.
GIFT MESSAGING AND GIFT WRAPPING
Gift messaging is available free of charge to our customers. Upon checkout, you may enter a personalized message up to 300 characters to the recipient of your order. Gift packaging is available for an additional fee of $3. Gifts will be hand packed in LIMPID branded materials and a gift invoice will be included for easy returns.
